摘 要:以正磷酸、焦磷酸和硅藻土为原料,采用浸渍法制备固体磷酸催化剂(SPAC),采用BET、XRD和SEM等手段进行物化表征,考察了剂油质量比1∶15、反应温度150℃和反应1 h时,各种因素(焦磷酸与正磷酸质量比、总酸与硅藻土质量比、焙烧温度和焙烧时间)对SPAC催化FCC汽油烷基化脱硫效果的影响,并利用气相色谱仪分析了FCC汽油反应前后噻吩类硫化物及烃类组分的分布变化。研究结果表明,焦磷酸与正磷酸质量比为2,总酸与硅藻土质量比为6,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为4 h时,SPAC的催化性能最佳。Solid phosphoric acid catalyst (SPAC) was prepared by impregnation method using orthophosphoricacid, pyrophosphoric acid and kieselguhr as the material, and characterized by BET, XRD and SEM. The effects of different factors (mass ratio between pyrophosphoric acid and orthophosphoric acid, between total acid and kieselguhr, calcination tempereture and calcination time) on FCC gasoline alkylation desulfurization were investigated under following condition: mass ratio between catalyst and gasoline = 1 : 14, reaction temperature 150 ℃, reaction time 1 h. The distribution of thiophene and hydroncarbons before and after the reaction were analyzed by GC-MS and GC. The results showed that the optimal catalytic behaviors of SPAC was attained under following condition: m ( pyrophosphoric acid ) : m ( orthophosphoric acid) = 2, m ( total acid) : m (kieselguhr) = 6, calcination temperature 500 ℃, calcination time 4 h.
