摘  要:目的探讨SonoVue实时超声造影在肾脏占位性病变中的应用价值。方法对24例常规超声诊断为肾脏占位性病变或可疑占位性病变的患者行SonoVue实时超声造影检查,仔细观察分析病灶内灌注过程及回声变化。结果24例患者均获得满意的动态造影灌注图像,超声造影提示恶性病灶15例,良性病灶9例,所有病例均经CT、MRI或手术病理证实。与周边正常肾皮质对比,各病变在始增时间(开始强化时间)、强化程度及强化持续时间上均表现出一定的特点。结论SonoVue实时超声造影在肾脏占位性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断中有一定的实用价值,并能为临床治疗提供更多的信息。Objective To explore the value of real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in the diagnosis of renal occupied lesions with injection of SonoVue. Methods Totally 24 renal occupied or suspected lesions on conventional ultrasound were examined with real time CEUS. The perfusion process and the agent variation was observed. Results Satisfactory and dynamic enhanced perfusion images were obtained in all of the 24 patients, in whom 15 lesions were diagnosed as malignant and 9 lesions were diagnosed as benign. All lesions were confirmed by CT, MRI or pathology. Compared with the cortex of the kidney, all lesions showed special features in three aspects : the beginning time, degree and persistence time of the enhancement. Conclusions The real time CEUS with injecting SonoVue is valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the renal occupied lesions, and it may provide more informations for clinical treatment.
