摘　　要：本文在位相测量研究的基础上,成功研制了具有时间相移功能的三维电子散斑干涉仪,并将这一仪器应用在典型实验上,对其可靠性作了验证。本仪器在时间相移功能上能直接和独立得到U、V和W场。而且W场是测量的离面位移,是独立的分量,和U、V场无关,更符合工程测量的需要。The 3DESPI machine with time phase displacement function is designed successfully based on the phaseshift research. The machine reliability is approved in the tipical experiment . The machine with time phase displacement function can get u, v, w path of ray directly and separately, and w path of ray is pure,it is more suitable for the measurement of engineering structure.
