摘　　要：通过利用混合π参数模型,对共射放大电路的频率特性参数值进行计算,进而运用电子工作台电路仿真软件,对该电路的频率特性进行仿真分析,理论计算值和仿真结果比较表明,用EWB仿真软件在学习中具有一定的辅助作用。By using the hybrid-re model, parameters of the frequency characteristics of the co-emitting amplifying circuit are calculated, and then the frequency characteristics are made simulation analyses by using the circuit simulation software of Electronics Workbench （EWB） and also the results of both calculation and simulation are compared. The conclusion is that the EWB software has an auxiliary effect on learning.
