摘 要:纸基湿式摩擦离合器中隔离片表面特性是影响其摩擦特性的重要因素。采用渗氮、镀铬、滚磨、机加工、电火花、激光加工等方法对隔离片表面进行处理,利用多功能摩擦试验机测试比较了不同处理方法得到的隔离片与纸基摩擦片间的摩擦因数随滑动速度的变化曲线,找出了可以改善摩擦离合器摩擦特性的隔离片表面处理方法。结果表明:对隔离片表面进行化学处理(渗氮和镀铬)虽可改善离合器的摩擦特性,但镀膜与基底的结合力以及环保性都有待进一步提高;对隔离片表面进行激光纹理处理可改善摩擦离合器的摩擦特性,消除自激振动与尖叫噪声,并且耐久性与环保性都优于其它方法,是一种有效提高产品质量的方法。Surface property of separator plates is one of the most important factors influencing the friction characteristics of a paper-based wet clutch device. Steel separator plate surfaces were treated with different process methods, including nitriding,chromium-plating, barreling, machining, electric-sparking and laser texturing, and their friction coefficient versus sliding speed curves were measured on a Falex friction test machine when rubbing against a paper-based friction plate. The effects of the different treatment methods were investigated, and the treatment methods that can improve friction characteristics were found. The results show that proper laser texturing is an effective method for improving the friction characteristics.
