摘　　要：本文详细介绍了大连有线电视数字化整体转换系统及其创新点,可为各地提供借鉴。Dalian is one of the first cable DTV pilot cities,and has explored a new path with characteristics ofDalian during the whole shift to DTV,and won the first prize of SARFT Scientific and TechnologicalInnovation Awards for 2006. The cable DTV system in Dalian has a unified network management,and advancedheadend platform with a real-time 'n+1' hot stand-by system,advanced interconnected customer service systems,geographic information systems and a tolling system. In the text,this system and its innovative points are introduced.So the text will be a reference for other regions.
