摘　　要：目的:探讨农村参与性方法(PRA)在农村生殖健康项目中的应用。方法:通过一个项目案例,从PRA方法流程、框架、技巧等方面,说明PRA方法在农村妇女生殖健康项目中的应用情况。结果:开创了山区和少数民族地区妇女生殖健康领域使用参与性思路和方法的先进工作方法。结论:PRA方法在调动当地农村社区的群众参与,群众自主传播生殖健康知识等方面有积极的促进作用,值得推广。Objective： To probe into the participatory rural approach （PRA） on the project of rural women＇s reproductive health. Methods： Based on a successful case from process, framework and skill of PRA, this article showed more experience that PRA was used in this project. Results： A new model was set up to use PRA in the area of women＇s reproduvtive health of minority in the mountainous area. Conclusion： PRA is powerful in promoting the project, especially on mobilizing more people of local community to participate in the project： People study knowledge of reproductive health by themselves, and so on, and it is worthy of extending other project.
