广西结核病控制项目绩效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价广西结核病控制项目的绩效。方法:收集2002-2006年上半年广西结核病控制项目的有关资料,从健康服务可及性、公平性和项目实施的效果、效用、效益、效率等方面对该项目进行评价。结果:通过项目的实施,基本健全了自治区、市、县、乡镇、村防治网络;项目实施期间治愈涂阳肺结核病人45 479例,减少了52 975例新发病人,取得直接经济效益5.63亿元,间接经济效益减少GDP损失42.29亿元。结论:该项目的社会和经济效益巨大,达到阶段预期目标;政府利用项目并投入配套资金控制结核病成效显著,应及时总结经验,完善防治模式,为防控结核病提供有益经验。Objective： To evaluate the performance of TB control program in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China. Methods： Collect data on controlling TB from 2002 to 2006, and evaluate the accessibility, equitg, effectiveness, utility, benefit and efficiency of the program. Results ： The network of TB controlling program from provincial, city, township to village level their capacity became more perfect. During the period of program, there were 45 479 TB patients were treated and avoid 52 975 persons infected, which due to direct economy 0.631 billion RMB saved and avoid indirect lost of 4,229 billion RMB. Conclusion： The program made great social and economic benefit, reached the expected aim and it was worthy to implement.
