摘  要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,对钎钢轧制过程进行三维数值模拟,获得了三个主要轧制工艺参数对成品质量的影响规律。以铅管为材料,对钎钢的轧制过程进行了试验研究,分析了轧制工艺参数及管坯尺寸对成品外形的影响,并与数值模拟结果进行了对比,两者吻合较好,从而验证了钎钢轧制过程模拟结果的正确性和可靠性,为确定合理的轧制工艺参数提供了理论依据。The rolling process of rock drill steels were simulated by ANSYS/IS-DYNA. According to the results of numerical simulation,the relationships among the three parameters of rolling technics and the shape of finished products were analyzed. Finally,to validate the computational values, rock drill steels rolling experiments were carried out by using lead specimens. The relations between the dimension of tube billets and the shape of finished products were investigated and compared with the computational results. It indicates that they meet each other quite well and give the same conclusions. Thus theoretic witnesses are given to select reasonable technical variables of rolling and the dimension of tube billets.
