肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤41例围术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对41例肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤患者给予精心的围术期护理,加强支持治疗和并发症对症处理。结果:本组患者均如期进行手术,手术治疗均获成功。术后血压恢复正常38例,仍需持续用药控制血压3例。结论:对肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤患者施以精心的围术期护理,可促进术后血压恢复正常,减少并发症的发生,是手术成功的重要保证。Objective： To explore methods of nursing care in perioperative period of the treatment of extra - adrenal pheochromocytoma resection. Methods： Meticulous nursing care was given to 41 patients and at the same time treatment of complication as well as supportive treatment was enhanced. Results： All the patients were performed operation on time and the operations were all successful. Thirty eight patients got normal blood pressure after operation, three patients had to be given drug to control blood pressure. Conclusion： Meticulous perioperative nursing care can promote blood pressure to be normal and decrease the incidence of complication, which is the key to ensure the success of operation.
