摘　　要：目的:探讨颈椎损伤患者行头环脊柱固定背心(Halo-Vest)固定术围术期的护理方法。方法:对10例颈椎损伤患者行Halo-Vest固定术,围术期给予精心护理,加强功能锻炼和预防并发症。结果:10例患者8例随访,2例失访,按照Frankel分级标准,2例达到D级,3例达到C级,2例达到B级,1例仍为A级。结论:对实施Halo-Vest外固定术患者加强围术期护理,可减少并发症的发生,促进患者功能康复。Objective： To explore nursing approaches in perioperative period in the treatment of cervical spine injury with Halo- Vest fixation. Methods： Halo- Vest fixation was applied to 10 patients with cervical spine injury and the patients were given intensive nursing care to prevent from complication. Results： According to the follow -up to 8 patients, two of them achieved grade D, three achieved grade C, two achieved grade B and one achieved grade A. Conclusion： Strengthened nursing care in perioperative period can reduce the incidence and promote patientg restoration in function in the treatment of cervical spine injury with Halo - Vest fixation.
