摘　　要：预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)自1986年引进国内,先后在一些大型给排水工程中得到应用。目前,从管道的设计到施工安装及验收等各方面,均实现了规范化、系列化。本文介绍的输水工程是在市中心区铺设的,施工现场需解决:存在许多横穿道路、铁路及河流等难点问题,还需进行钢管与PCCP的转换,因此针对工程的特点,对管道的基础设计、施工情况进行介绍。Since Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe（PCCP） came to China in 1986, because of its advantages such as the long economic life, good earthquake resistance performance and installment convenience, it＇s widely used in some heavy-caliber water supply and sewerage engineering. According with one practical project, this paper introduces some difficult questions meeted when the PCCP is laid down through the downtown area, passing through the paths, the railroads and the rivers. Especially the project design and installation of the pipe foundation are summaried.
