摘　　要：分析了切分轧制的原理及其实施条件,介绍了酒泉榆中棒材厂进行切分轧制的工艺及设备情况,针对该厂切分轧制工艺中出现的故障多、产品质量不稳定等现象,提出了各工艺环节应注意的问题。Principle and fulfilling condition of spitting rolling are analyzed .The splitting rolling technology and its equipment of Yu Zhong rolling factory are emphatically introduced .For its many mill malfunctions and unstable products quality, the matters that should be noticed for each process are pointed out.
