摘 要:为了提高聚醚醚酮膜在直接甲醇燃料电池中的性能表现,以磺化聚醚醚酮作为基体,掺入经过插层处理的α-磷酸锆制备了磺化聚醚醚酮/α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP)复合质子交换膜。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对复合膜的微观结构进行了研究,并考察了复合膜的质子传导性能、阻醇性能和电性能。结果表明,a-磷酸锆良好地分散在聚合物基体中,α-磷酸锆的加入提高了复合膜的质子传导性能,并保持了较好的阻醇性能,用该复合膜组装成的单电池的开路电压达到0.448 V,最大比功率达到13.1 mW/cm2。To improve the performances of direct methanol fuel cells assembled with membranes made by the sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone), the SPEEK/zirconium phosphate composite membranes were prepared by SPEEK matrix and exfoliated α-zirconium phosphate. The microstructure of composite membrane was studied by XRD and SEM, The proton conductivity, methanol permeability and electric performance were investigated. The results show that the α-zirconium phosphate is dispersed uniformly in the SPEEK matrix. Without sharp increase of methanol permeability, the proton conductivity of composite membranes is improved due to the incorporation of exfoliated a-zirconium phosphate. The open circuit voltage of single cell assembled by composite membrane is 0.448 V and the power density reaches 13.1 mW/cm^2.
