摘　　要：我院自1961～1994年,共收治颌骨PD患者5例.本文就颌骨PD的临床、病理、X线表现及诊断治疗等进行研究,以期加深对颌骨PD的认识,提高诊治水平.作者认为,在本病的诊断中X线影像学具有重要价值.The authors studied five patients who were diagnosed 'Paget's disease of the jaw bones' from 1961 to 1994, in our hospital. The clinical, pathological and radiographic features in five patients with Paget's disease of the jaw bones were reported. Of the five cases, two were males, three were females. They were 38,51,68, 72 and 79 years old respectively. There were purely the maxilla involvement in two cases, the mandible involvement in a case. Both maxilla and mandible were involved in two cases. The relevant nomenclature, clinicopathological features, diagnosis and treatment of Paget's disease of the jaw bones were discussed. We suggest that the radiographic findings are credible signs in the diagnosis of Paget's disease of the jaw bones.
