摘 要:目的:为透射电子显微镜研制一种实用的底装型透射电子显微镜图像数字成像系统。方法:把成像荧光屏安置在胶片曝光位置下方,用计算机程序控制数码相机拍摄荧光屏图像并把图像传输给计算机。结果:系统操作简单、方便,与胶片照相操作基本一样;实时图像的获得和处理实现所见即所得。结论:系统成像效果在大多数医学病理应用条件下接近胶片,具有较高的性能价格比,易于安装到其他类型透射电子显微镜上,特别适用于生物医学研究。Objective To develop a practical digital imaging instrument in bottom-mounted style for transmission electron microscope. Mothods An imaging screen was set under the film holder and then images were shot by a computer controlled digital camera before being transferred to the computer. Results The system not only acquired images as conveniendy as the film camera, but realized "What You See Is What You Get" thanks to its real-time image acquisition and processing. Conclusion With almost the same imaging quality as film in most circumstances, the higher performance/cost ratio and good adaptability make the system an ideal choice for biomedical applications.
