摘　　要：目的分析白细胞去除对输血所致肾移植受者术前术后IL-2和IL-6水平的影响。方法采用过滤法制备去白细胞。采用固相夹心ELISA法检测IL-2和IL-6的水平。结果肾移植受者术前术后去白细胞组IL-2水平较对照组有所上升,IL-6有所下降,但差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论白细胞去除对输血所致肾移植受者IL-2、IL-6水平的变化无明显影响。Objective To research the effect of leukocyte reduction on the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 caused by transfusion before and after kidney transplantation. Methods The filtration was used to get the leukocyte reduced blood before transfusion. The solid phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay was used to detect the levels of IL-2 and IL- 6. Results Compared with the group of non-leukocyte reduction transfusion, the levels of IL-2 before and after the transplantation elevated in the group of leukocyte reduction transfusion in the transplantation receiptors,while the levels of IL- 6 decreased. There was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Leukocyte reduction has no effect on the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 caused by transfusion in the kidney transplantation receiptors.
