摘 要:探讨红外线对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:以环磷酰胺造成小鼠免疫抑制动物模型,观测淋巴细胞转化率及红细胞免疫功能,研究不同波段,不同辐照度、不同照射时间的红外线对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:中波红外线、辐照度0.06W/cm ̄2、照时30分钟,对小鼠免疫功能的提高最佳。照射后,小鼠RBC-CR_1花环率、RBC-IC花环率及淋巴细胞转化率均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在一定条件下红外线照射可提高机体免疫功能,但偏离最佳条件较远,会降低免疫功能,甚至给机体带来损伤。Objective:To explore the effects of infrared rays on immunologic functions of mice,Meth- ods:The mice were formed the immunity suppression model by cyclophosphamide.Then,the infrared rays was separately radiated on the mice to study the bioeffects of infrared radiation with various waveband , ra- diant times and intensity. The lymphocyte transformation rate and immunologic functions of RBC were de- termined.Results:The immunologic functions of mice were greatly enhanced after 30 min of infrared radia- tion with 0. 06W/cm , which were including the rosettes forming rate of RBC-CR_1,RBC-IC and lympho- cyte transformation rate(P<0. 05). Conclusion:It is proved that inirared radiation may receive the better effects for immunologic functions of mice. But it should select the optimal date and radiant time.
