摘 要:目的:探讨β-羟丁酸测定在糖尿病酮症或酮症酸中毒诊断中的意义。方法:采用酶速率法测定并比较非酮症糖尿病组(NDK)、糖尿病酮症组(DK)和糖尿病酮症酸中毒组(DKA)血β-羟丁酸的浓度变化。结果:β-羟丁酸在非酮症糖尿病组、糖尿病酮症组及糖尿病酮症酸中毒组随血酮体的增加而上升,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:血清β-羟丁酸测定对糖尿病酮症及酮症酸中毒的诊断具有重要的意义。Objective: To explore the significance of the test of serum β-hydroxybutyric acid (HDA) in diagnosis of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Methods: The serum HDA contents of patients in nonketosis diabetes (NKD) group, ketosis diabetes (KD) group, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) group were tested with enzyme velocity method and the data were compared. Results: The content of serum HDA of patients in group DKA was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) than those of diabetes patients in other two groups, and the serum HDA contents increased along with the increase of serum acetone contents. Conclusions: The content of serum HDA shows certain sensitivity and specialties. It can be used as a kind of indexes for clinical diagnosis of DKA.
