摘　　要：国有资产管理体制是关于国有资产管理机构设置、管理权限划分和确定调控管理方式等方面的制度体系。文章分析了我国国有资产管理体制的演变历程,对新型国有资产管理体制进行了认真思考和分析,在借鉴国外成功的国有资产管理经验的同时,对进一步完善我国的国有资产管理体制提出了意见和建议。The state-owned assets supervision and administration system is the basic system ,concerning the constitution of state-owned assets supervision and administration organization, the demarcation of administration power and the method of adjustment and control etc. It＇s a organic part of national economy management system. This paper analyzed the process of state-owned supervision and administration system of our country, and learn from some developed countries, then put forward suggestions to promote and advance the state-owned assets supervision and administration system.
