摘　　要：目的确定抗生丸活血化瘀功效。方法对各组大鼠瘀血模型及正常大鼠血液流变学的12项指标进行了计算测定,并且对该模型的毛细血管通透性进行了比较。结果抗生丸能明显改善大鼠瘀血模型血液流变学指标。结论抗生丸能有效降低大鼠瘀血模型毛细血管通透性,达到活血化瘀、止痛的功效。Objective To determine the effect of promoting the blood circulation and removing the blood congestion of Kang Sheng Pill. Methods Twelve hemorheological indexes of the blood congestion model rats and the normal rats were determined and the capillary osmosis of the model was compared. Results Kang Sheng Pill improved the hemorheological indexes of the blood congestion model rats significantly. Conclusion The Kang Sheng Pill can decrease the capillary osmosis of the blood congestion model rats and has the effect of promoting the blood circulation and removing the blood congestion and analgesia.
