全球化背景下的东亚货币合作问题探析

摘　　要：通过详实系统的文献资料回顾和分析了东亚货币合作的背景和面临的主要障碍,分析认为,东亚区域内自身存在的问题是其合作的主要障碍,如各经济体的经济发展水平、政治历史文化等方面有很大的差异;也有来自国际方面的外在因素,如美国势力集团的阻挠。在此基础上,提出了扩大区域性货币合作协议规模;建立亚洲货币基金;建立中间机构,完善监督机制;建立一个决策实体等进一步加强东亚货币合作的一揽子对策与建议。This paper reviews and analyzes the background of current cooperation of Asia and its main obstacles, which include differences among countries of eastern Asia in economy and political factors and the outer factors from other countries such as America. The authors then put forward some counterplans and suggestions to strengthen the eastern Asia monetary cooperation such as：amplifying the scale of BSA, establishing Asia monetary fund AMF, setting up a middle institution and perfecting a decision-maklng body.
