摘  要:本文叙述了利用旋转磁场流化床进行氧化还原反应,直接从镀铜废液中回收铜的实验结果。确定了最佳操作参数,磁场流化床连续运行一小时,铜的回收率98.6%,纯度为97%以上,并分析了影响回收效果的主要因素。该装置结构简单、使用效果好、回收成本低,也可直接回收含Ag^+、Cr^(2+)等废液中的重金属。为处理电镀废液和其它含量重金属离子的工业废水找到了经济合理的新途径。The experimental results of direct recovery of copper from copper - electroplating wast liquor through the oxidation- reduction reaction by using the rotary magnetic field fluidized bed are described in this article. The optimal operational conditions determined are as follows: continuous running time of magnetic field fluidized bed is 1 h. , the recovery of copper is 98.6 %, the purity of product obtained is above 97 %. The main factors that influence recovery of copper are analyzed. The structure of this system is simple, the utilization efficiency is satisfactory, the operating cost is low, and it can directly recover heavy metals from waste liquoys containing Ag^+ ,Cr^2+ and other, It provides an economic and rational new way for treating.
