摘 要:埋地长输管道运行中将受到多种载荷的作用,如土壤的主动和被动压力,以及地上的活载荷等。这些涉及到管道强度的问题,在设计时就要通过一系列计算加以解决。作为计算埋地管道变形和强度的重要基础,给出了弹性地基梁的挠曲线微分方程(位移方程)。通过假设的两段钢质管道,利用给出的该挠曲线微分方程分别进行了一端约束和两端约束的计算。结果表明,设定的计算误差均小于0.001,较为精确。同时,该微分方程还可用于埋地管道的弯矩、剪力和应力的计算。The loads,such as active and/or passive earth pressures as well as aboveground changing loads,will add to the buried long-distance pipeline during operating. These problems to be solved involving with the pipe strength should be calculated in designing stage. As a important basis of calculating the distortion and strength of the buried pipeline,the paper gives out the space curve differential equations of elastic foundation-beam (displacement equation). The equations are used to calculate the one-end restraint and two-end restraint. Taking the assumed two sections of steel pipe as an example,the calculations for its one-end restraint and two-end restraint have been made with the equations given in the paper. The results show that the set calculating error is less than 0. 001,which is more accurate. Meanwhile,the equations can be used to calculate the moment of flexure,shear force and stress of buried pipeline. However,the availability of these equations should also be verified by the actual test results.
