摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的加快,能源问题的重要性和复杂性日益凸显,能源在世界市场上的作用很大程度上决定着国家的地缘政治利益。俄罗斯作为正在崛起的世界级能源生产和出口大国,其能源战略的调整势必引起国际社会的广泛关注。拥有雄厚能源基础的俄罗斯,其能源外交拥有广阔的发展空间和较多的回旋余地,能源将成为其恢复大国地位的有力杠杆和武器。With the importance and complexity of the issue of energy is becoming increasingly obvious. The role of energy in the world market largely determines a country＇s geo - political interests. As a major producer and importer of energy in the world, Russia ＇s adjustment of energy strategy will undoubtedly arouse extensive attention of international society. With the solid foundation of energy, Russia ＇s energy diplomacy has broad development space and more room to maneuver, so energy will become a powerful lever and weapon for Russia to recover its status of large country.
