摘　　要：工业建筑遗产的保护与利用越来越受到大家的关注。作为历史名城的沈阳有着大量的工业建筑遗产,这些宝贵的遗产正面临着破坏。抢救工业建筑遗产,已是刻不容缓。通过对沈阳工业建筑遗产概况和特征的介绍,提出保护与利用工业建筑遗产的具体措施和方法。希望加大人们保护工业建筑遗产的力度,为沈阳乃至全国的工业建筑遗产提供一些参考和启示。The protecting and reuse of the industrial building heritage are concerned by more and more people. As a famous historic city, there are large quantities of industrial building heritages in Shenyang, and these precious heritages are being destroyed, h is necessary to rescue these industrial building heritages. The general situation and character of industrial building heritages are analyzed, and specitic measures are brought up to protect and reuse of the industrial building heritages in Shenyang. It is hopeful to encourage people to protect the industrial building heritages, reference and revelation will be provided for the protecting and reuse of the industrial building heritages in Shenyang and up to the whole country.
