摘 要:随着技术的进步,制造业设备的智能化程度越来越高,复杂程度越来越高,可靠性、可维护性越来越低,单一的依赖经验的维护知识积累已经无法满足或者跟上设备复杂程度的提高,设备的安全、稳定、可靠、保质运行成为新的瓶颈。针对这种情况,本文提出将复杂系统综合健康管理思想应用于制造业中,阐述了在制造业中综合健康管理系统的体系结构和关键技术,最后对该领域的研究和应用前景进行了总结。With technical advancement, manufacturing equipments have become more intelligent, more complex, higher reliability, lower maintainability. The accumulation of knowledge depended on the single maintenance experience has been unable to meet or to keep up with the increased complexity of equipment.How to insure the security, stability, reliability, durability operations of equipmens have become a new bottleneck.Based on this situation, The idea of complex systems integrated health management be used in the manufacturing is put forward in this paper. The paper discussed the architecture of the integrated health management system in manufacturing and the key technologies. Finally the prospects of its investigation and application in the scopes is summarized.
