摘 要:自从美国GK公司活化给料机引进中国并运行至今,国内众多厂商不断在努力仿造该产品,但都没有成功。其失败的主要原因便是对活化给料机的技术原理不掌握,只是简单的外形模仿,造成设备振动方式不合理,设备出力不满足要求,堵煤严重,噪音超标。因而有必要对其动力学进行深入地分析研究,为我国的国产振动设备的改进、发展提供更加科学、合理的参考依据。Since the Un- Coaler of the United States GK company was introduced into China and run so far, numerous domestic manufacturers keep copies of the production, but they have not make any success. According to analysis, the main reason for its failure is that they don' t master the technological principles of the feeder. And simply imitation of the shape, which caused the inconsequence of the equipment vibration mode, the disqualification of the equipment' s output, the serious jam of the coal and the exceeding noise. So it is vital to analysis and study the dynamics in order to provide a more scientific and reasonable reference for the improvement and development of domestic vibration equipment.
