摘　　要：[目的]了解秦皇岛市各类医院的消毒现状,提出针对性的解决措施或建议。[方法]对本市各类医院进行抽样检查,分析其医院消毒状况。[结果]从调查中得知,随着医疗规模的减小,消毒效果也随之降低,尤其是个体医疗机构消毒效果最差,样品消毒合格率仅能达到64.52%,其中对医院消毒现状影响最大的是在使用中的消毒液合格率较低。[结论]医疗卫生监督机构应加大检查力度,个体医院应建立健全消毒规章制度,从源头上控制医院的医源性感染。[Objective]To get a comprehensive understanding of the disinfection situation in the hospitals of Qinhuangdao and to provide some relevant proposals.[Methods]A sampling survey on the disinfection results was conducted in hospitals at all levels in Qinhuangdao.[Results]It showed that as the scope of the hospitals decreased,the disinfection effect reduced accordingly,with the private clinics for the lowest qualification rate of 64.52%.[Conclusion]The health inspection departments of the government should enhance monitoring,while the private hospitals should consummit their rules and regulations on disinfection.
