摘  要:目的:研究高气压并低水温环境下大白兔直肠温度、脑电图和心电图的变化。方法:在常压低水温、高气压常温和高气压低水温模拟潜水条件下对大白兔直肠温度、脑电图和心电图进行实时监测。结果:常压低水温时直肠温度降低,心率加快,心电图中T波倒置,脑电图无明显变化;高气压常温条件下直肠温度无明显变化,心率减慢,脑电图慢波增多;高气压低水温环境下直肠温度降低,心率减慢,心电图中S-T段抬高,脑电图慢波增多。结论:高气压低水温对脑功能和心功能抑制较其他两种情况严重,机体耐受性明显降低。Objective: To study changes of rectum temperature, electroencephalogram (EEG) and electrocardiogram (ECG) in rabbits under the condition of hyperbaric pressure accompanied with low temperature. Methods: The rectum temperature, EEG and ECG in rabbits were examined at real time under the conditions of the three different kinds of simulating diving which were normal pressure accompanied with low- temperature water, hyperbaric pressure accompanied with room- temperature water, hyperbaric pressure accompanied with low- temperature water. Results.Under the condition of normal prexsure accompanied with low- temperature water, rectum temperature in subjects dropped, heart rate increased and T - waves in ECG were inverted, while EEG were not significantly different. Under the condition of hyperbaric pressure accompanied with room- temperature water, heart rate in subjects decreased and slow waves in ECG increased, while rectum temperatures were not significantly different. Under the condition of hyperbaric pressure accompanied with low - temperature water, rectum temperature in subjects dropped too as well as heart rates decreased, S- T section in ECG rose and slow waves in EEG increased. Conclusion- Under the condition of hyperbaric pressure accompanied with low- temperature water, brain and heart functions were more .severely inhibited than those under the other two conditions and the tolerance of body was significantly decreased.
