摘　　要：目的：对应用阴股沟皮瓣进行阴道再造进行总结。方法：以阴唇后动脉外侧支为血管蒂，在两侧阴股沟区掀起阴股沟皮瓣，皮瓣长11cm、宽4．5cm，通过大阴唇皮下隧道转移至尿道、直肠间隙的腔穴中形成阴道。结果：手术均获成功，成活的皮瓣色泽正常，供区瘢痕不明显。随访时间6个月至3年，再造阴道壁光滑柔软，均可容纳2指，深度9～12cm.结论：应用阴股沟皮瓣进行阴道再造，具有皮瓣血供丰富、感觉好、切取方便、容易转移、皮瓣供区瘢痕小且隐蔽的优点。Objective： To surnmarize the experience in vaginal reconstruction using pudendo - femoral skin flap. Methods： The pudendo- femoral skin flaps were elevated and transferred to the midline through tunnels formed under labia majora. The two flaps were sutured together as a new vagina. The flap size was 11 cm× 4.5 cm. Results： In 16 eases of congenital absence of vagina, all of flaps survived and scar of donor site was not obvious.The vaginal of reconstruction was spacious and its depth was about 9 - 11 can. Followed up 6 months to 3 years, the vaginal wall of reconstruction was soft, good sense and satisfactory sexual nature. Conclusion： The pudendo- femoral skin flap has advantages as followed. affluent blood supply, good sensation, convenient cutting and taking as well as easy transfer. In addition, scar of donor site is not obvious and larval. The vaginal reconstruction using pudendo- femoral skin flaps is one of the best methods of vaginoplasty.
