改良张力带钢丝治疗儿童股骨髁上粉碎性骨折19例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：评价改良张力带钢丝对儿童股骨髁上粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法：采用改良张力带钢丝内固定治疗19例股骨髁上粉碎性骨折儿童患者。结果：19例患者治疗后经6-12个月随访。优7例，良10例，一般2例。结论：改良张力带钢丝治疗效果良好。能达到牢固固定，降低术后并发症的目的。Objective.To evaluate effects of refined strain- belt steel wire on the treament of supracondylar comminuted fracture of femur in children. Methods： Nineteen cases were treated with inner fixation of the refined strain steel wire. There were 12 males and 7 females with age from 9 to 14. Of all, 10 cases were suffered from left - supmcondylar comminuted fracture of femur while 9 eases were on the right. Results： Seven cases had best effect, 10 better effect, 2 less effect after the following up for 6-12 months. Conclusion：The refined strain- belt steel wire has good therapeutic effect on stable fixation and reducing accompanying diseases after operation.
