摘　　要：东北亚贸易大厦坐落在南国西海岸，位于黄海水平面306m之上，可俯瞰整座松岛国际城。项目基地位于公园林阴道与会议中心大道交汇处，交通便利。由于新建了立交桥，从这里开车到机场只需15分钟。大厦的落成不仅是这座新兴国际自由贸易区的第一栋商业大楼，还会成为吸引世界和韩国顶级公司进驻的地标，从而提升人们的生活质量，塑造出松岛国际城的中心性建筑。Rising 1,005 feet above the yellow sea and overlooking Songdo International City on the west coast of South Korea, the Northeast Asia Trade Tower will be the first of many commercial buildings within a newly created internationa free trade zone. The new 1.5 million SF tower will provide a landmark location for the very top tier Global and Korean companies as well as providing 5 star living and an observations deck with a view over the Yellow Sea.
