摘 要:通过宏观观察、微观断口分析、成分分析、金相分析和磁粉探伤等方法对靶试后出现开裂的某小口径弹药药筒进行了失效分析。该药筒的裂纹处有明显的压痕,断口微观形貌韧性特征明显,药筒钢材的化学成分、夹杂物含量和显微组织均符合规定的要求,磁粉探伤表明其表面、近表面无缺陷。认为药筒表面的压痕是导致药筒开裂的主要原因。Failure analysis of small caliber ammunition cartridge cracking after shooting test was carried out by means of macro check, microanalysis of fracture, element analysis, metallographic constituent assessing, and magnetic particle test. There was an ob- vious impression in the position of cracking. Micro-appearance of fracture was proved with obviously tough character. The component, content of inclusions, and microstructure of the steel used for this cartridges accorded with the requirements of relative specifications. It was indicated that there was no disfigurement in the surface and superficial layer of the cartridge through magnetic particle testing. It was considered that the main cause of the cartridge cracking was the impression on the surface.
