4种有机溶剂对蒙古裸腹溞急性和慢性毒性研究

摘　　要：研究了乙醇、二甲基亚砜、二甲基甲酰胺和丙酮对蒙古裸腹溞的急性和慢性毒性作用下的种群增长率(r_m)、产幼间隔、每胎产幼个数和产幼前发育期的影响研究。结果表明:四种有机物对蒙古裸腹溞毒性大小的顺序如下:二甲基甲酰胺>乙醇>二甲基亚砜>丙酮。蒙古裸腹溞的内禀增长率随着二甲基甲酰胺、乙醇浓度增加而下降。每胎产幼个数随着四种有机物浓度的增加而下降,产幼间隔随浓度增加而增加。内禀增长率是蒙古裸腹溞对有机物的毒性敏感的生殖毒理学指标。In this paper, the toxic effects of 4 organic solvents （ethanol, dimethyl sulfoxide N,N-dimethylformamide,acetone）on Moina Mongolica were studied.The results showed that the 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h of the four organic solvents on Moina Mongolica were as follows： acetone 26.55ml/L, 19.99, 14.05; DMF9.34,0.88,0.33,0.273; ethanol 13.20,4.42,2.19,1.577; dimethyl sulfoxide, 17.90, 10.92,4.41. At last, the toxicity of the organic solvents was compared, The acute toxicity of the 4 organic solvents to Moina mongolica was successively N, N-dimethylformamide（DMF）〉ethanol〉dimethyl sulfoxide〉acetone. The secure concentrations on Moina Mongolica of the four solvents were obtained. With the increase of N, N-dimethylformamide （DMF）and ethanol, intrinsic rate of naturalincrease for Moina Mongolica dropped, which was generation index of toxicology of Moina Mongolica sensitive to toxicity of organic solvents.
