摘　　要：从分析周紫芝、晏几道词作入手,梳理紫芝师晏源流。指出南宋初期词坛名家周紫芝所撰《竹坡词》,于风格与体裁间仿效晏几道(字叔原)《小山词》处甚众,二者词风格局递相承接,并峙词坛,体现出"青蓝相出"的词体发展特征。The source and course of Zhou Zizhi learning from Yan Jidao is researched from analyzing the Ci Poems of them. It is pointed out that, the style and types of literature of Zhupo Ci, the work of Zhou Zizhi-a famous Ci poet in initial period of Southern Song Dynasty, is imitative of Yan Jidao＇ s Xiaoshan Ci ; It carries on the style and structure of the latter, and they are both outstanding in the field of Ci. Their teacher-student relationship lasted a long time. Zhou Zizhi＇s learning process from Yan Shuyuan reflects the development of poetry in Song Dynasty. The pupil excelling his teacher is the development characteristic of Ci Poem.
