摘  要:底水油藏开发所面临的一个最大问题就是底水锥进,经室内实验,研制出最佳配方用量的CQ—981堵水剂,即成胶剂A用量4.0%~5.0%,引发剂S用量0.14%~0.18%,交联剂H用量0.6%~0.9%,交联剂B用量0.06%~0.08%,催化硬化剂N用量0.02%~0.04%。该堵水剂注入粘度低,仅2.0 mPa·s左右,泵注性能优异,且成胶时间可控,克服了常规堵水剂成胶体强度小的弱点,室内岩芯模拟实验评价该堵水剂具有强度大、封堵率高、封堵有效期长等优点。该堵水剂在吴251井的应用表明,它解决了油井含水急剧上升问题,恢复目前底水水淹井再生产能力,达到增油增效目的。The serious problem of bottom - water reservoir exploitation is bottom water coning. Through the laborato- ry experiments,the blocking agent CQ- 981 with the best formulation was researched ,which composed of gelling agent A 4.0% - 5.0%, initiator S 0.14% - 0.18%, cross - linker H 0.6% - 0.9%, crosslinker B 0.06% - 0.08% ,and catalytic hardener agent N 0.02% - 0.04%. The blocking agent had low injection viscosity of 2.0 mPa·s. It could be injected easily and the gelation time could be controlled. Therefore it overcame the disadvantages of conventional blocking agent with weak gelling intensity. The results of core flow experiments in the laboratory indicated that the blocking agent had high strength, high blocking ratio, long period of validity. The application in Well Wu - 251 showed that the blocking agent reduced the water production in oil wells, restored the re - production capacity of bottom water flooded well and realized the aim of increasing oil.
