摘  要:目的:为考察贵州野生和栽培钩藤药材质量的稳定性和一致性,建立薄层色谱特征图谱。方法:硅胶G薄层板;氯仿—丙酮—氨水(50∶20∶0.3)为展开剂;稀碘化铋钾溶液为显色剂;双波长锯齿扫描,检测波长520nm,参比波长650nm。结果:不同样品均含有生物碱,其薄层色谱特征图谱显示一定的相似性和差异性。结论:该方法可以有效地鉴别钩藤药材,并为质量评价提供依据。Objective: For safe and accurate use of Uncaria.Method: Observe the appearance,property of medicinal material and microscopic features of the plants.Results: Uncaria from different sources have different structures.Epidermal cells are divided into those with epidermal hairs and those without epidermal hairs.Epidermal hairs are nonglandular hairs,divided into single-cell epidermal hairs and multiple-cell epidermal hairs.Single-cell epidermal hairs are divided into those in short horn shape and long taper shape.Multiple-cell nonglandular hairs are divided into straight ones and bent ones.Stem's horny layers have different layer patterns.Some are smooth,and some are with stripes.Horny layers are in concave and convex forms,some are depressed squares,and some have slight rising on central part of the outer side of cells.
