摘 要:国产LY12-R厚板材在零件生产的淬火过程中多次出现热处理裂纹。对LY12-R厚板件的化学成分和力学性能进行了分析,借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了裂纹的宏、微观形态及断口形貌,分析了裂纹与金相组织的关系。指出了造成热处理裂纹的主要原因是过烧和第二相粒子夹杂,提出了预防过烧的措施。The cracks are often found during quenching process. In this paper, the chemical constituents and mechanical properties of LY12- R-plate were analyzed; and the relationships between crack formation, propagation and metallographical structure, metallurgical microstructure were observed by using optical microscopes or scanning electron microscopes, etc. Results show that the local severe overburning and the secondphase particle are the main reasons for the cracks formation and propagation in the thick specimen. Preventive methods for heat-treatment-induced cracks in LY12 - R plate were proposed.
