摘  要:采用紫外可见分光光度法研究了头孢拉定与茜素红之间的荷移反应,建立了一种快速简便测定头孢拉定的荷移分光光度法。实验表明,在水溶液中头孢拉定与茜素红在室温条件下即可形成稳定的1∶1型荷移配合物,该配合物的λmax=520nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为4.7×10^3L·mol^-1·cma^-1。头孢拉定药物浓度在5×10^-6-5×10^-4mol/L范围内服从比尔定律,r=0.9999。相对标准偏差为0.60%(n=6),加标回收率为97.0%-99.5%。This paper studied the charge transfer reaction between Cefradine and alizarin red by UV-Vis speetrophotometry. A new method for the determination of Cefradine has been developed. At room temperature, Cefradine could react with alizarin red to form an 1 : 1 complex in the presence of water, which made a maximum absorption peak at 520 nm. The molar absorptivity of the complex was 4.7 × 10^3 L·mol^-1· cm^-1 and the Beer's law was observed at a Cefradine concentration ranging from 5 × 10^- 6 mol/L to 5 × 10^-4 mol/L.The RSD was 0.60% ( n = 6) .The labeled recoveries were between 97.0% and 99.5%.
