氨酚羟考酮片用于疼痛治疗的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨酚羟考酮片(泰勒宁片)用于疼痛镇痛效果及其安全性。方法:选取口服泰勒宁片的患者100例,观察疼痛缓解程度及其不良反应。结果:泰勒宁片用于疼痛患者中度疼痛缓解显效率为81.0%,有效率为19.0%;重度疼痛患者显效率为65.5%,有效率为24.1%;总有效率为94.0%。有头晕、嗜睡、恶心、呕吐、便秘、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹、呼吸抑制等不良反应。结论:泰勒宁片用于治疗疼痛疗效确切,不良反应小。Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets （Tylox） for the treatment of pain. Methods： 100 patients with different pain were given Tylox. Improvements in pain and adverse effects were observed. Results： Tylox in pain treatment was good. Moderate pain relief and complete relief rate were 81.0% and 19.0% respectively. Serious pain relief rate were 65.5% and 24. 1% respectively. Total relief rate was 94.0%. Only a few patients had adverse reaction, including dizziness, lethargy, nausea, vomiting, constipation, pruritus, skin eruption and respiratory depression. Conclusion： Tylox has definite effect and slight adverse reaction in pain treatment.
