摘 要:目的:研究612名老年、中年与青年肾移植患者口服环孢素A后体内血红蛋白及7项血生化指标总胆红素、直接胆红素、血糖、钾、钠、血尿素氮、肌酐与服药天数的关系。方法:将老年、中年与青年患者的8项指标血红蛋白、总胆红素、直接胆红素、血糖、钾、钠、血尿素氮、肌酐与用药时间分为三组,采用MATLAB7.0分析得到对应的三维图像,计算体内8项均值、标准差并进行比较。结果:三维图像显示患者的8项指标与用药天数存在关系。结论:肾移植患者用药天数对体内8项指标有影响,所测指标对预防疾病有重要意义。Objective: To analyze the correlation between the dosing period of cyclosporine A and indicators in vivo such as Hb, IBI, DS, Glu, K^+, Na^+, BUN, Cr of 612 elderly, middle-age and young kidney transplantation recipients. The correlation was anatomized between dosage administration of cyclosporine A and the dosing period. Methods: 3-Dimension images of the data were parsed by MATLAB software for kidney transplantation recipients, according divided into three groups including Hb, DS, IBI; Glu, K^+ , Na^+ ; dosing period, BUN, Cr. The above eight indicators were analyzed and compared. Results: There appeared to be some connection between the 8 indicators in vivo and the dosing period of cyclosporine A from 3-dimension images. Conclusion: The dosing period of cyclosporine A can influence indicators in vivo in kidney transplantation recipients. Some indicators are important for preventing and treating disease.
