摘　　要：本文利用地理信息系统的空间数据管理、空间分析和操作能力,在MapInfo平台上进行二次开发,建立了功能完备的城市排水管网管理信息系统。该系统可对排水管网的图形数据和属性数据进行高效的统一管理,可进行专业化的双向查询和多种方式的报表统计,具有符合专业要求的报表输出和绘图输出能力。在此基础上,结合地理信息系统技术的DEM模型和地形三维可视化技术,可为城市防洪和管网设计提供科学的依据。Using technology of spatial database management, spatial analyzing and operating ability of geographic information system （GIS）, an urban drainage network management information system has been established based on Maplnfo platform. The system can integrate geographic data and attribute data and manage them efficiently, perform professional queries, create many kinds of statistical reports, and export or print reports and maps according to special needs. It has friendly interface, convenient operating and steadily running capabilities. On the basis of the techniques of GIS, DEM and terrain 3-D visualization, the system can provide scientific evidence for urban flood prevention and drainage network design.
