摘　　要：针对当前各大城市出现的个人集资合作建房现象,分析了个人集资合作建房遇到的困难,提出了相应的对策。从合作建房的具体流程上分析了合作建房的可行性,并提出发展合作建房的对策。In view of the current phenomenon that in many big cities the individuals personally gathers capital to cooperate constructs, this article analyzes the difficulty of personally gathers capital to cooperate constructs proposes the corresponding countermeasure, and dissertates the feasibility of cooperate constructs in the concrete flow.
