摘　　要：成本管理是项目管理的重点内容之一,项目经理应从认真落实责权利相结合的成本管理体制,提高项目管理人员的成本意识,加强工期、质量与成本之间的控制,以及加强合同管理和现场管理等方面,最大限度地节约施工成本,以达到提高项目效益的目的。The cost management is one of important thing in project management. There must be very strict system which can get in touch with responsibility and benefit and authority. The manager of project ought to strengthen the cooperation and communication between the staff. It must be corrected that the project cost relation with the project time and quality. We must pay attention to the contract management and scene management, and find some methods in order to save project cost.
