摘  要:继电保护是可修复系统,合理的预防性检修是提高保护可靠性的有效措施。该文从可靠性经济的角度研究继电保护系统最优检修间隔时间。提出并定义保护年均经济损失、保护误动年均经济损失、保护拒动年均经济损失和保护年均检修费用;分析保护各经济损失分量的定量求解方法。建立单一保护和双重化保护动作的状态空间模型,以保护年均经济损失最小为目标,求解最优预防性检修间隔时间。该方法对各种保护检修策略的制定具有一定的指导意义。Protection is repairable system. Reasonable preventive maintenance is effective to increase the reliability of protection system. The optimal maintenance time was studied based on reliability economics analysis. Annual economy losses, mis-operation economic loss, mil-operation economic loss and maintenance economic loss of protection were proposed and defined, and the method of calculating them quantitatively was analyzed. Markov state space model of single protection was set up. Then, optimal maintenance time was derived by taking the minimum of annual economy losses of protection as target function. The proposed method is significative to different protection maintenance.
