摘 要:双PWM变换器是柔性功率调节器(FPC)的一个重要组成部分,由于FPC需要在电力系统发生扰动和故障的情况下运行,因此研究变换器在电网异常情况下的运行特性非常必要。该文分析PWM变换器可能出现的各种运行状态,确定变换器参数选择的参考依据,并讨论电网电压跌落对变换器运行的影响。同时以最严重的电网三相短路故障为例,分析中间直流电容电压失控问题和FPC转子过电流问题,并提出一种简单有效的解决方法。仿真结果表明该方法具有良好的效果,能保证电力系统故障时FPC的正常运行。A back-to-back PWM converter is an important part of flexible power conditioner (FPC). FPC needs to operate in power system with disturbance and fault, so it is necessary to investigate operating characteristics of the converter when power system is in abnormal. All possible operating states of PWM converter, some referenced principles for parameter selection, and the influence on converter from voltage sag were researched. In case of power system three-phase short-circuit fault, the problems were analyzed about losing control of DC capacitance voltage and over current of rotor. A simple and effective method was proposed to solve the problems. Simulation results show that the proposed method can provide excellent performance and makes sure that the FPC operates normally during power system faults.
