摘 要:目的:探索槐叶中总黄酮含量变化与生长时间的关系。方法:采摘不同生长期的槐叶,用甲醇连续提取槐叶中总黄酮,以芦丁作标准品,用分光光度法进行了含量测定。结果:槐叶中总黄酮5月份含量最高,7-8月份含量最低.结论:初步揭示了槐叶中总黄酮含量随季节变化的规律,为槐叶采摘最佳时间找到理论依据。Objective:To study on the relationship between the change of total flavonoids content in Sophora japinica leaf and the growing time. Methods: Sophora japinica leaves were collected once a month from May to November in 2004. Total flavonoicls in Sophora japinica leaves were extracted with methanol sequentially. With Rutin as a standard, the contents of total flavonoids in extractions were determined by spectrometry, Results: The contents of total flavonoids in Sophora japinica leaf changed in different growing time.The total flavonoicls extraction of Sophora japinica leaves in May had the highest content of total flavonoids. The total flavonoids contents of Sophora japinica Leaves in July and August were two of Lowest. Conclusions: The results revealed a tendency that the contents of total flavonoids in Sophora japinica leaves changed along with seasons, which provided an evidence for confirming the optimal time point of collecting Sophora japinica leaves used for total flavonoids extraction.
