摘　　要：目的:建立四物合剂中5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mmi.d.,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(5:95),检测波长为284nm,测定了5批四物合剂中HMF的含量.结果:HMF的线性范围分别为0.373～3.73μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995),方法平均加样回收率为98.4%(n=9).结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,为四物合剂中HMF的质量评价提供了方法.Objective： A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the content of HMF in Siwu Mixture. Methods： The chromatography was performed on a Kromasil C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm i.d, 5μm） with acetonitrilewater （5：95） as the mobile phase and the absorbance was monitored at 284nm, Results： The calibration curve of HMF was linear over the range of 0.373 - 3.73（g·mL^-1（r=0. 9995） .The mean recoveries was 98.4% （n=9）. Conclusion： This is an accurate and credible quality control method for HMF in Siwu Mixture.
