摘　　要：研制的涂料以水溶性磷酸二氢盐为主要黏结剂，采用球形铝粉或铬绿为主体颜料，体系的pH为0～1，且存在少量游离铬酸盐离子。该涂料具有优异的耐热（长期耐温700℃以上）、耐盐雾（1500h以上）、耐高低温冲击等性能，主要应用于金属材料表面的耐高温和防腐；该涂料是水溶性涂料，不含有机溶剂，VOC零排放。The coating is prepared with the water soluble dihydrogen phosphate as main binder, spherieal aluminum powder and chrome oxide green as pigments. There are quite a few free chromate ions in this system, and pH thereof is between 0 and 1. The coating shows excellent heat resistance （higher than 700℃ ）, salt -fog resistance （longer than 1500 h）, temperature change resistance and et al. The coating is mainly applied on the metal surfaces in the heat and corrosive circumstances. It is a kind of solvent free water soluble coating.
